The file is not available, but the unit is sold by Gritomatic. If you want to order one, just make a note in the order that it's for the TooHR #3 so they can give you longer thumb screws.

Ordered Toohr #3 from KPXIN Jan. 4, 2023. Today Feb. 9, 2023, tracking shows it has not left China. KPXIN has informed me its normal shipping and give them another 60 days. That will be 3 months from order to delivery. I will never order anything from them again. I have started a dispute with both AliExpress and PayPal. Thought I would give everyone a heads up.
That is far from the norm. The official TooHR store had mine shipped quickly and it arrived quickly after that. Mine was delivered by Fedex.
I wish I would have ordered mine directly from Toohr, I would probably have it by now. KPXIN expecting me to wait 3 months is completely ridicules. I may order one directly from Toohr in the hopes of getting a refund from KPXIN. If it ever is delivered and no refund is issued I'll just sell one of them.
I ordered mine directly from the Toohr store on AliExpress on Jan 25, and they are not responding to my inquiries. Perhaps they are out of stock.

The celebration of the Chinese New Year pretty much halts business there during the month of January, and some of February.
I ordered mine from the KPXIN Store, last November. It took 20 days to be delivered, from the time I placed the order.
I would be willing to bet they don't have the sharpener in stock, or they don't have all the parts for it.
That was the only issue I had on my order with the KPXIN store.
I contacted the seller around 5 days after placing the order, and asked why I hadn't received any tracking info.
He told me he was waiting for the included stone sets to come in. I replied that I didn't need the cheap stones that come with the TooHR #3,
and to please get the sharpener on the way to me. He said OK, and I received tracking info a couple of days later.
The stones must have come in during those two days, as they were inside the package when I received it.

I had this issue with something i ordered. They all seem to be back now, but may also be waiting to get stock in that was delayed because of the New Year holiday period.
I ordered the Toohr 3 from the Toohr store on 11 JAN.
12 JAN, Tracking number assigned.
15 JAN, Received at the carrier.
17 JAN, Arrived at Airline carrier.
9 FEB, In Los Angeles Customs.
Almost Exactly one month from ordering, has not arrived at my location yet, but at least it's in the US.
Once inhand, I want to get the Venev Orion stones, 150, 400, and 1200 grit along with a few accessories from Gritomatic that are mentioned earlier in this post. I hope Gritomatic makes a dedicated page to Toohr accessories, but not sure if there's enough following for the Toohr yet.

Mine took almost three months to arrive.
I ordered from the TooHR store 2.5 weeks ago, and they still show 1,093 units in stock. It's been 1,093 for some time, so likely not accurate. Also, the price has increased by $30 since I ordered, and I've noticed new resellers are now offering the same model for less. Customer Service is not their strong point.
Are you sure you ordered the actual Toohr and not the stone set? Usually the sharpener has ~100 units and the stone set you can buy extra is a few thousand. If you click the different pictures the item will change.

Yes, 1093 sounds far too many to have in stock.
Five stone set show 1929 units; the sharpener with three stones shows 1093 units, and the sharpener without stones shows 1059 units. Since those quantities are not changing, I surmise they aren't shipping, or the numbers are inaccurate. This is on the Official Toohr store.
Huh, weird. Numbers have to be off or they aren't updating correctly.
