Toohr #3 knife sharpener

The TooHR 3 bar has the same diameter as a TSProf K03/Pioneer/Kadet bar, so any of those clamps will work without an adapter.

If you wanted to use other clamps, like Hapstone, then you'd also need a Gritomatic "GearConnect" adapter for it. Link below is an example of one of the adapters to use Hapstone clamps on a TooHR 3 bar.

Not to derail the thread (because it might be relevant),

Would you suggest this TooHR 3 sharpening system for a first timer? I typically freehand sharpen and convex my edges but I've been known to get some scratches on my flats because I do it with a loose wrist and very fast... long story short I've been eyeballing some higher-end folders that I'd like to keep super clean edges on so I've been considering a fixed angle system and well, you seem like a proper expert who's opinion I trust. Your advice would be greatly appreciated :)

/end derail.

FYI Xarilk has a clamp similar to the TSProf K03 single clamp, for only 30 bucks. I have been told they will fit on the Toohr rail. I ordered one, should be here this weekend.

I got my Xarilk clamp, fits perfectly. The screws that were included with the clamp were too short, but the screws from the stock Toohr clamps work great. I don't have the TSProf clamp to compare this to, but for the money, this is a solid clamp. Much better than the stock Toohr clamps for smaller blades.

I'm thinking about picking up the new 2026 Xarilk Sharpener and the center clamp off Amazon.

How is the sharpening angle tolerance from one side to other?

I have not actually sharpened anything in the clamp yet, but I did test fit my PM2 and a Para3, they both seemed to have very good clearance with the Xarilk clamp. Those knives were kind of difficult to get clamped with the stock Toohr clamps.
