I find this difficult to answer as MSRP is a complete fiction anyway, so what you are really asking is for the top 3 folders with a street price of around $100.
 
1) MT Amphibian
2) SERE2K
3) BM mini-grip...i have a 721 which is a better knife but for the price it can't be beat...solid lock...good easy to sharpen steel...and a real user of a knife...
