I am beginning to wonder if Topomart has secretly purchased the Bladeforums as part of their marketing campaign. Our tolerance for this stuff has changed remarkably in a matter of weeks.

Stumbled on this this morning and wonder why it's still going on two days later. I'm completely surprised that Spark hasn't removed it already.
I hope this is not a picture of the future and will be allowed to stand. I guess I'll be in the same boat as most people and have to move on to somewhere else. I just can't support these clone sellers and certainly can't support the Chinese that are making them.
Topomart has been a supporting dealer since early November. I started a thread in tech support specifically addressing the issue to admin: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-supporting-clone-dealer.1763926/

Please, if you care about this development, post your opinion there as well as here.

But their products have such great reviews...

I like this knife. Great value for the money. I tested the blade steel. It’s real14C28N.

Glad.

Here we're supposed to believe someone purchasing a twenty something dollar knife actually had the means to test the steel.

They are not even real sales ads. It is just hit and run spamming by a bunch of thieving illiterates.

To be fair... they're probably literate... just not in English. ;)

If I'm honest, I get just as much out of those fake reviews as I do out of legitimate fanboy reviews. :D

He was just hangry...3 months is too long not to snack.

They are not even illiterate in English. They just don't care and probably use Google Translate or Word Translate only to pretend they have an English version of their site. They have the arrogance to believe they will bend everybody into submission with their unbeatable prices only. Mind you, I'm not specifically bashing Toposhart here. I translate commercial brochures for Chinese construction equipment brands : the gibberish is not as bad, but not that different. I went for information to a Chinese company's site that produces ship propellers. Big pieces, custom designed and produced, for tankers and container carriers. Each unit worth millions of dollars. The gibberish was so thick I just gave up reading. See, it's cultural. They don't give a shit about the language because the price will bend the customers around anyway. And they are generally right. Not for knives, yet. But wait....
