Torches CRK people carry

If those were my only choices, I would say McGizmo all the way. My favorite McGizmo is the Lunasol 20 ( one of the greatest torches ever made) and the Ti PD-S (Mizer) but if you couldn't find one of those two, get yourself a Haiku and don't look back. Candlepowerforums is where you need to be (on the exchange) and with this crazy economy you can always find one at a decent price.

After a bit of looking around, I cancelled my Alpha Blue-Label order and now have a Haiku 3V XM-L on the way. :) Really wish it had the nice looking PD switch with the tritium in it like the lunasol, but from everything I've read, the 3S is a nice upgrade function wise.

Nice Score, You Will Absolutely Love It.

Thanks Rob! LOL I wouldn't argue with you on that score (the torch), but the Mini does a decent job.

Cheers

Small Starbenza + SureFire E1L Outdoorsman + FM54Difuser

Small Regular Swedge Dbl lugs + SF E1L

Large regular green micarta "De Wit" custom inlay 1999 BG42 lefthanded beadblasted Sebenza and a Fenix P3D.
For the P3D a new switch can be had, I installed a new one after three year of use.

Those micarta inlays are sweet; thanks for the pictures.

Here's one I call the shooter cuz there's no spill (no surrounding light when you point it at something), thanks to the lens in front it just lights up whatever your pointing at like a laser. It's a Surefire head with a Vital Gear Body.

No pics, but my light for the last few years has been the Surefire E2D Defender. Been very pleased with the performance of this mighty might.

Lisantica - Where did you get your Lummi Wee from? I went to their website and they seem to be a British company - did you order from them directly (I live in the US)? Also, when I googled this light for reviews and comments, I see a consensus that they're very nice little lights but the customer service is poor. People are complaining about interminable delays and not even receiving anything after their money was taken.

What has been other people's experience with this? Is it worth dealing with the hassle and risk? Is there a US dealer for it?

+1 interested too

Your best option for getting a Lumi Wee is buying one second hand. I am not aware of any US dealers.
You roll the dice when you order direct. Some have not had issues and others have.

I had to get in on this one before it disappeared.
Recently recieced my Haiku from Don. I chose the 3v Nichia 119V high Cri. It is by far the best light I've come across. It makes a perfect companion for the small Sebenza in my opinion. The attention to detail, near perfect fit & finish, and simplicity are common to both. I enjoy having them in my pocket and will for a very long time.
