Torches CRK people carry

I was never much of a light guy, but since buying my Sebenza I've needed other gear to fixate on, and I've focused my attention on my light and pens. I just got my first somewhat (not compared to most of yall's gear, but for a beginner such as myself) decent light- a streamlight stylus. The difference even in this thing and what I had been carrying is ridiculous. My next upgrade will have to be something a little prettier with more light settings for more all around usefulness. Great stuff here!

I've got a stylus, I still carry I when I have I dress up, much Better for dressing up than my Fenix pd32

I've had my Surefire E2D Defender for about 3 or 4 years and it had earned its stripes.
It has been tossed all over the beach and in the ocean, mountains/trails, mud, blood, etc.
But...my work light rides hidden in my back pocket. Either my Fenix E15 or Streamlight PT 1L. Great EDC's!
The E15 would be perfect if it were push button instead of twist-on/off and also needs a clip.
I've also owned the Fenix TK15, Fenix PD35, and Surefire G2 and all kicked butt, but i couldn't stand to see them sitting unused so i gave them to friends and family.
And my Lg Micarta Sebenza is a frequent companion to these lights btw.
"Always have a torch" should be another one of Gibbs' rules.

I like it and I can definitely see the added utility of carrying a light of quality. The little one I carried before was great indoors for its very soft and mild light output and color. The stylus is far heavier duty and brighter which has already been put to good use, but it would be nice to have a prettier light with both benefits! I suppose that means I should join CPF now to develope yet another expensive interest.

I picked up a few more torches since my last post.

Sunwayman V10R Ti+
4 Sevens Quark Mini Titanium AA
Copper Maratac AA
Copper Maratac AAA

I tend to run the AA Maratac as my edc. It's not the brightest of the bunch, but it throws enough light for my needs and the beam and tint are absolutely perfect. Plus I'm partial to the AA form factor since the first Nitecore D10's were around.

Crappy pic.

Lights were my first ahh... addiction? Which got me into knives and after looking at all the photos here, I got hooked on watches.

Small Insingo, Christopher Ward C60 Trident, and a Sunwayman V10r, which has been in my pocket since Christmas.

I really like that watch!

The only time I carry a light on me is at work.

One year after I ordered a Custom Rotary HDS (high CRI, sapphire, svr bzl, blk bdy, 123 with flush btn), the postal person finally delivered it today. I own more than a few torches and If a High CRI is important to you, don't miss out on this one, it's that special and worth the wait.
