Tortuga 2 exploded

Oh yeah? Well does your fancy handled pistol have a 6" folding knife blade? :D

Bruce, words fail me , that thing is beautiful, art, engineering =awesome!

I think Mr. Pachmyr has never shot a big bore black powder pistol. They don't jump and bark like a modern smokeless, it's more of a solid quick push, and a naturally curved stock lets it roll up controllably, on a black powder single action six shooter the roll is just enough to put the hammer spur under your lifted thumb for your followup cocking. The only things I don't like about black powder are the obscuring cloud, and the necessity of the washdown after you're all done.

Hey David, Do you recognized that ivory? Yep.

It looks AWESOME !! ;) I just can't get over this build Bruce. I've lost count of the # of people I've referred to this thread for a look
Response has been pretty much the same from all :) A great big WOW !

Your craftsmanship should be on display in the Smithsonian. You have created a work of art that is absolutely stunning.
My compliments to you for such a visually appealing, graceful, and tastefully elegant presentation.

Can I be you when I grow up?

Chuck

Bruce,

I haven't been around the forums much for the last few years and I've obviously missed so much. Especially when it comes to your Cut-n-Shoots. All I can say is WOW!

One question, and please forgive me if you've already answered it a hundres times... How long does it take you to make one of these? I'm sure that they are all different, but based on how long it takes me to make a simple knife I couldn't make an ugly one of those in less than 5 years.

My hat is off Sir!

Rick

P.S. Purposefully posting for two reasons...
1- I'm past due with my compliments.
2- This thread deserves to be on the first page of this forum!
