What do you do with leftover smoked ham? Why you add it to green beans and fry up some okra of course!

Had a great dinner tonight with 4 generations of family. My 92 year young grandmother even showed my 10month old daughter how to make the okra.

The trapper clip blade is perfect for slicing BBQ. (Some restaurants give you a dull butter knife or a plastic knife.) By the way, that's a great meat-to-vegetable ratio!

Had my grandmother and dad over for fajitas. Skirt steak has been impossible to find around here so chicken thighs it is.

Had to drive 30 miles find skirt steak. It’s the thinnest skirt steak I’ve seen but it’s a skirt steak.
