Traditional blades and BBQ

That looks like a tasty spread Whetstone39 Whetstone39 ! And a lovely Remington scout to boot.

Here's what I was up to this morning/afternoon:

The St. Louis-cut spare ribs were for a late lunch/early dinner. The smoked chili pepper medley is headed for the dehydrator. I'm hoping it'll be a nice addition to my chili recipe come fall.

That some good looking ribs right there.

Leftovers from tonight. Had to fix this in the garage. The rain has water standing over the curb in the streets.

Looks mighty good Mitt. The rain is why the smoker was in the tractor shed. Remnants of the tropical storm y'all sent on up our way.

Thanks, I could almost cut it with a fork. We just got hammered with more rain in DFW today than we have the last few days.
