That sounds great, too. Only problem is my wife did all the planning and cooking. And after 22 years together I know it's best to let her just do her thing and thank her lol ! I cut the lawn and keep the knives sharp.

A bit of a mixed grill this weekend with burgers, chicken thighs and smoked sausage.

The St. Louis-cut spare ribs were for a late lunch/early dinner. The smoked chili pepper medley is headed for the dehydrator. I'm hoping it'll be a nice addition to my chili recipe come fall.
