Le Liadou knife is an interesting one. I prefer the smaller one, the large size is definitely belt carry due to the thickness of the handle. Very comfortable in hand. The butt end has a shape more reminiscent of a laguiole, becoming more squared at the opposite side. Excellent fit and finish with a strong spring and half stop.

I've seen them available in carbon steel as well, but not as readily available as the stainless. Seems to be the case for a lot of European knives. I've actually had several dealers push me to get stainless instead of carbon a few times.
