Excellent taste. Who is the maker?
Honestly I don’t remember, it was a gift many years ago from JM Âchillepattada Âchillepattada
It’s a regional knife.
It could be Thiers but I can’t swear to that.

Originally from Alsace, Le Massu gets its name from its characteristic silhouette, with the back of the knife quite thin contrasting with its larger mace-shaped bolsters.

"You have received the knife of the year created by Benoit Salesse for the forum Passion Laguiole!!
It'a Laguiole Droit with a yew wood handle. Of course it has a carbone blade.
It has been delivered with a good pork paté gift from Benoit himself." quote; Âchillepattada Âchillepattada Benoit Laguiole Droit 1.jpgBenoit Laguiole Droit 2.jpgBenoit Laguiole Droit 3.jpg
This wonderful package arrived in Canada the day after I returned from Oregon!!! I have to say it's been a Knice week!!!
Thanks, Jean-Marc for facilitating this Knife!! It's quite impressive, with its massive blade, and nice Yew handle!!! Thank you, Benoit, for the knife, and the Pate'!!!
