I'm going to try for a better picture later.

Hoping to do some hunting with this rig this year. Grohmann #1s, Henkels Copperhead (gifted by MT Damascus), and a 5-shot conversion Ruger Bisley performed by Jack Huntington in .45 Colt. The chest rig is by Wes Daems (7x Leather).20170616_102223-1024x768.jpg
 
I had the real Dirty Harry 44 mag, bought used in 1982, a 6½" blue model 29. I shot it and hunted with it for almost 30 years, but it finally got so valuable that I sold it and bought two other 44 mags to use (and still had money left over!). I now have an updated replacement, the 629 Classic. It's even more accurate than the original.

This makes me miss my 627. :(
 
I'm a big fan of the snub .38's. I have a Detectice Special that looks like it's been dragged behind a truck and one that I doubt I will ever shoot.

I just took a second look at those grips and they really are very special.
