Thanks VashHash! That Vaquero has lots of miles in that holster. I carry it on the ranch often, especially when checking fence on the north side. There's lions, tigers and bears, oh my, there. This time of year the first round is snake shot, last five big .45LC. I got one of those bowies on the bench for myself right now. Thinking Turkish Walnut for the handle whadya think?

A little late but i think Turkish walnut with good figuring would go great.
 
Not any later than me. Its still sitting on the bench, haven't done a thing to it. Other projects got in front. Deadlines, deadlines and deadlines.
