What are "tactical field playing cards" ?

Years ago I found these on sale at a Gander Mountain for $1.00 a deck, after Christmas sale. I think I bought 20 decks. We play Dummy Rummy, a lot, at Hunt Camp and thought these appropriate We are down to our last few decks and I'm thinking one should be saved for prosperity.

Theoretically, it means that these should be all-weather, rain/mud-proof cards. Which means 100% plastic, I think.

Here’s a postage-themed deck with some interesting features.

I paired it with this Fejesgörbe made by László Papp in Debrecen, Hungary (a gift from Jolipapa ) because it reminded me of the amount of stamps that were on the package when it arrived from Hungary… there were even more on the back!
