Traditional knives and tools

I keep forgetting that I've been wanting to find myself one of those mini RIGID's.

My smallest is a Western Forge 8" ( actually comes in at 7.25 with the jaw closed) ,arguably more practical but those little 6" models from RIGID are just cool.
Too bad they don't seem to make one anymore.

As far as I know ridgid still makes a 6”. They are specialty use due to the size and you will almost never need one so small, but they are really neat.

It turns out they do, you were right.
It's the model 31000,I just ordered one.

Tools and online shopping just don't seem to go together very well, I've had many issues in the past where stock photos were wrong or outdated and I got the wrong tool.

Chunk, my dad was a plumber for 60 years . He had Rigid pipe wrenches from 6in up to 36!
I still have his 10 and 14 in

Very cool! I have been one for about 10 years, and my dad has been since the late 70’s. Ridgid pipe wrenches are the gold standard, it’s what we all use.
