Traditional Knives & Slingshots

Well I never did get my sugerberry slingshot banded. No bands yet. But I seen a fork that was suitable and here we go. This is tulip poplar. Combo of both bandsaw and whittling.

Ready for final touches.

I’ll probably finish this one and the first together and band them together when I source bands. I also got my eye on a couple forks on my walking path. Be neat to have a variety of woods I think.

Enjoyed reading this thread from post #1 -- y'all have some excellent slingshots! This is the only one I have, a Pocket Predator. It is fun to shoot (something I should do more of)! Yes, these bands are a tad short -- the cheap me retied the pouch side to get a "few more shots" (given away by the blue rubber band and not so tidy job lol)...
