Love that SBJ!!Came in for a break from yard work, pocket dumped. This is my pocket content every day. Not shown is a safety pin used to keep my knives vertical. I do wear a watch, and carry a phone too. The traditional knife does vary from time to time.
RFP: Pen, AAA flashlight, chapstick

So do I!!Love that SBJ!!
Thank you. When a phone is carried the full size traditional is often omitted but the Rambler is usually sufficient.Stunning group there, Red!
Thanks Jakeywax31 !I was going to start a thread on this very subject. I have been intrigued about everyday carry items for a while. Looking forward to participating in this thread.
Can you share how the safety pin is used in relation to keeping your traditional in place?Came in for a break from yard work, pocket dumped. This is my pocket content every day. Ahhh. I must have misunderstood your earlier post. Thanks for clarifying. It isn't!
It's just a thing I started carrying around one day. I've used it for tons of stuff - poking, scratching, picking, pinning - all kinds of things! Most recently, I used it to keep my scarf on in some high winds.
I suppose I could run it through the lanyard and then around a belt loop... never tried it, but it's something to think about!
No, you didn’t misunderstand my post. birdsbeaks might have thought you were referring to his pocket dump.Ahhh. I must have misunderstood your earlier post. Thanks for clarifying.
Today's pockets. Pretty simple - wallet, fob, Crotts-designed Dozier in a pocket sheath, and smartphone. We're going to throw caution to the winds and see if this thread will work out. Let's keep the emphasis on the traditional knives, please.

The safety pin is used to create a small vertical partition in the bottom inside corner (crotch side) of my right front pocket. It keeps my knife comfortably vertical at the bottom of my pocket. I don’t like when they rotate horizontal, especially if larger than -3” long.
Here is a pic to help with the description.

I learned this on the porch!
My pocket dump doesn't include a couple of the non traditional knives, but there are two of those one clipped in my front right pocket and one in my left back pocket the following share the front two pockets along with my watch pocket.
A small worry stone that my friend Win Heger sent with a box of other stones to my grandson many years ago now, grandson allowed me to keep this one and it rides in my watch pocket with a small Case folder and a very small flashlight.
my left front pocket carries my Schatt & Morgan that waynorth gifted me at GEC a while back when we met up there, really appreciate it too, it rides along side a Knipex XS pliers and a whistle and a Fisher Space Pen.
the right front pocket carries two SAK's a PioneerX and an Executive,

Old adage says, Two is one, one is none, maybe I carry that a bit further than necessary...but it works for me.

This Wenger Pocket Tool Chest is in my watch pocket in jeans or cargo pants every day. Since I carry a large modern clipped to my front left pocket, and sometimes a small to medium slipjoint or lockback in the right front pocket under my keys, the Wenger's blade doesn't get used as much. But the other tools are used pretty much every day. Here's photos of the Wenger and its watch pocket companions, and showing all its tools, next to its red backup to show the Wenger logo I've worn off the black primary.
