OK, this is the best I can do; washing my ball glove hasn't given me any additional clarity on the Curt Simmons signature.

Here's a shot of the Rooster tang stamp on the main blade in the pocket of the glove.

Peeking over the spine above the word "Kentucky" is a human head in a ball cap; that is a detail that washing brought out. Just below the kick (and slightly to its left) is a blue-black dot; raise your hand if you see it.

That's the very end of the "tail" on a cursive "s" in "Simmons". When I look at the glove in real life, I can make out an "mons" there, but I sure can't see it in the photo!
Here's another try, this time with the Frank Buster Celebrated tang stamp.

This time the dot that ends the signature is just above and to the right of the kick, and the picture of the player is slanted up and to the left of that. You should see the head again, and the edge of the player's left shoulder and arm (on our right) slanting down toward the dot. So the orientation differs from the first pic, with the signature traveling about 45˚ up and to the right, emerging from behind the blade edge about a tang width to the left of the choil and ending at the dot. I can see more writing in this shot, but again it's not as clear as what I see in person.
That's all I can come up with. You can google "curt simmons regent ball glove" and see some examples of the entire signature, and they all have "Advanced Design Trap" right below the webbing and "NYLON REINFORCED" along the inside of the pinky like my glove has. But none of the models I've seen online have the picture of a player, and mine has a different webbing pattern than any I've seen online. Here's one example:

(And here's a McGwire Chex baseball like I have in my office:

So, if I didn't know me, I'm not sure I'd trust me on this!

But if
Sabercat
is willing to accept it, I'll request a pic of a canoe pattern knife with a paddle but not up a creek.
