Traditionals and Cast Iron Cookware

Cooked up some sausages and an egg for breakfast, can't beat cast iron. :thumbsup: :p.

Been home with a bum wing this week. Can't believe I missed posts a couple of weeks ago. Dinner tonight consists of local farm stand zucchini, sweet corn and some chunked up ham steak... In a Lodge skillet.

Oh these pics are making me hungry! I cook up breakfast in CI pretty often, I have to take a pic soon. And I broke down, ordered some carbon steak knives from GEC. When they get here, Rocco the wonder dog & I can celebrate with a steak. I’ve watched a bunch of Rollins’ videos, you can almost smell his cooking…

The end result, a good old fashioned Bushies meal, lamb chops and plain boiled spuds with salt and pepper and mint sauce on a wooden plate to protect the blade of my Case stockman. :p :p :p 👌

And the stockman did it's job, made short work of the protein. Sliced through like it was butter. :)
 
Much to my dismay, Saturday night I returned home with a hankering for grilled cheese and tomato soup, and found I had no soup. I then began scouring the internet looking for an easy recipe. I eventually located one Tonight is my second iteration...16316657024721860689474.jpg
