This thread needs a kick along. Rump steak in cast iron resting on a trivet when cooked. Helps keep the steak warm while resting, and just cuts so tender. They do this in steak restaurants on a large scale, but this works at home. Better mention potato's and Lambsfoot knife. Very simple meal, only added salt and pepper and some worcestershire sauce. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::p:p:p.
