Tri-City Custom Knives reviews?

I am originally from Kingsport TN where Tri-City Custom Knives is located. Only heard of them a year or so ago and was looking forward to dropping in next time I'm back home. But not now. There are plenty of other businesses to choose from. I just do not understand why some businesses just don't give a darn about their customers.

Never respond to an angry person with a fiery comeback, even if he deserves it...Don't allow his anger to become your anger
This I did I am sorry for it. Has the old saying says they are two sides to every story or what every it may be the person that started this would not take a refund from me his claim was he could get more money out of it other than taking a refund and sending it back to me. He left me no choice. This will be the last time I reply to this forum. For the good reply’s thank you for the ones that were just to find a place to vent good luck to you

I do NOT recommend this store. Long story short, if you want to get
a good deal on a knife, if you want to have an honest description for a
knife, or if you want to be treated fairly and respectfully by a store owner,
this is not the store you want to visit.

I found Tri City Knife and Gun, namely Bill Hall, to be profoundly disrespectful, rude, capricious.

I do not recommend this business.

Seems like this store has permanently closed. I typically don't wish ill for others, but Bill Hall is a really piece of work, Karma is real. If you want to spend thousands on a knife, avoid anything from him at any time!
