Ugliest Folders?

That fishing-theme SOG is just ridiculous. :barf:
I also have to agree on the ZT 0551 scales. They look ok with the Hinderer scales but the stock brick pattern is just plain ugly to me.

i would post its older brother the sifu (google it) but i actually like the blade shape for being a fighting knife of sorts... the handle has so many finger grooves though that its not even funny lol.

Carrillo super ugly, super expensive and one of his framelocks I held at Blade last year had such early lockup that the lockbar slipped off the tang and closed on me.

I just realized I never saw the chokwe as an ugly folder. The first time I saw I thought "That is totally rad, I need that knife" Even after I got it hand and looked at it more I never thought it was ugly. I Do think some spydercos like the previously mentioned Shabaria and Gunting are gross. (Has anyone mentioned the Gunting yet?) This thread needed a bump anyway.

IMO, the Shabaria and Chokwe are the two ugliest Spyderco's. The Chokwe I may like more if I saw it in person but the Shabaria doesn't even look remotely comfortable.
 
I don't think the Chokwe is ugly at all. Nor is the Cricket with the plain edge. I'm not a huge fan of many of the Spyderco designs, but those are definitely not the ugliest.

I don't think it will ever look good to me but some knives seem more appealing when you have them in hand. It doesn't look comfortable at all but I hear it is. If I ever see one in person, I'll handle it and let you know if I like it any more. ;)

That Darrel Ralph is pretty ugly too.

Well, Darkops ANYTHING is almost a given. :D That one in particular is absolutely hideous...looks like it fell off the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

i "heard" the chokwe has a notorious hotspot at the butt... havnt confirmed it myself but it sure looks like it.
