Ultimate production woods folder?

I've found my Emerson CQC-7A and Spyderco Paramilitary to be the best among my folders for woods use

Buck 110/112 for locking folders - awsome knives !
Case Trapper CV fora two bladed slippie :)
Victorinox SwissTool X for multitool.

Man if they ever come out with a Victorinox OHT with a pocket clip, that would be my perfect woods and EDC blade. I love the OHT but I want a knife with a pocket clip.

If I have my F1 I take a Victorinox Pioneer. I'f I don't have the fixed blade I usually carry my dual density Vic Forester.

Saving up to get a Fällkniven TK4.

I used to take this BM710HSSR and have done everything from food prep to batoning with it, It is a tank.

then started carring this eyebrand stockman, figured it would do all i needed it to ...... and it has

But as of late i have been getting used to this GEC dogleg. Its very small when put beside the benchmade and while ill be doing no batoning with it, so far its been all i have needed.

Funny how perfect changes.

The two folders that normally accompany me into the woods are a standard 110 and a swiss army farmer. Another combination Ive been playing with is a OHT and a case yellow cv trapper. I like to have a more utility blade and another for either smaller work or food prep.

In my opinion you can't go wrong with any of those.

I carry a fixed blade with a LM Wave as my folder. Honestly, I do a lot of carving with a 10 year old Opinel. Takes a good edge, easy to sharpen, simple design.

I carried a Case 6375 large stockman for 15+ years and it did everything imaginable and withstood a lot of abuse.

One of the best woodsmen I've every known carried a much worn Case trapper and used it for everything.

I'd say a Case large Sodbuster or Buck 110 would be fine also.

I would go with some slippie that has rounded handle, instead of those blocky and jimped tactical knives. If you have ever whittled with such knives as ZT's, you'll know that it's not fun at all.

I would trust my Case Large Stockman. A little over 4 inches long with a clip , spey and sheepsfoot blades it should cover alot of cutting.

I love all of the suggestions here. Has anyone really used a folding bushman though. THose things are TOUGH!

Best production folder for Bushcraft , EKA Swede 10 , Bubinga Wood handles.

Had many others including some high-end folders , gave most away.
Bought the EKA Swede 10 , used it hard for a long time , best folder for Bushcraft I ever owned.
People in Sweden make fantastic Bushcraft knives , affordable too.
Try one and you won't regret it.

I just looked up a pic of one of these and they do look very handy. I really like the blade shape.

A good beater folder I like for anything is the CS American Lawman. Long enough, strong, great lock, cheap...who cares of it breaks! Not crazy about the steel. But go with an Andrew Demko version and you have one of the best folders on the planet! Saving up for it! I dont think there is anything I like better! Not a Sebenza, Hinderer, Stryder...Andrew makes my favorite!
