To the mods that read this Snark thread, maybe you guys can help. I recently paid for basic membership, but whenever I try to adjust my "usergroup" I always get the message that there are no groups for me to join.
Any ideas? Thanks fellas

They should call you, "Thunder Mug."

see, now - that's just mean.

define "recently" and how you paid it?
some forms of payment require manual input and since it's a holiday weekend, they may not have gotten around to it.
alternatively, you could start a thread in tech support including the transaction number on the electronic receipt of your payment to give them a head's up, which may get quicker resolution.

I paid the 22nd of June through PayPal, if that might help. Thanks for thinking along!

cool.
it'll still probably be Tuesday before anyone sees/processes it, due to the holiday tomorrow, but it can't hurt.

I have heard that paying with Paypal takes a little longer. When you pay with a credit card it automatically updates your account. When you use paypal someone, probably Spark, has to update it himself. 22nd seems like a pretty long wait. I would post in the help forum about this. But its a holiday weekend with tomorrow being 4th of July so keep that in mind.

Yup, don't get it. Keep getting this screen:

It's the same message in different browsers, on different devices.

You're doing it wrong bud. Go to settings and then permission groups, not public groups

At least I think you are anyways. It shows up that way for me.

Turns out that if you don't drink wine often, buying cheap cabernet works out pretty well. That 2007 Smoking Loon aged into a nice table wine - and reduction ingredient! :D

I'll concur - it's in the settings on your personal page, and it's "permission groups" not user groups. Unless you are, in fact, looking to join a user group - in which case, carry on while I try and get my foot unstuck from my mouth.

I just smeared a bug on myself, and that's gross.

Nah, it's this I'm clicking. Just said it wrong in the first text...
