The quote crap is annoying... It keeps wanting to quote all my previous quotes.

On the computer its fine but on my phone it's a pita to backspace it all out...

Anyways... I figured out what happened with the pump... ANTS. YEP. they got between the contact points and they made it so there was no connection... Once they burned off enough it came back on...

I cleaned the points.

Seems to be a pretty common thing around here. I told my father what happened and he told me to check for dead Ants... Happened to his several times.

Glad it's something simple and didn't cost anything.

You have to manually uncheck all the posts you checked to include in any previous multi-quotes, or else it will remember them forever. Annoying, I know.

Ants just always seem to find a way to be a pain in the ass.

The ass, the ankles, hands... Pain EVERYWHERE!!

After around 75 bucks of different products i finally found a way to keep them out of my chill area. I sprinkle diatomaceous earth around the inside and outside perimeter of the fence and then put 14 terro outdoor ant baits, 2 different types, around the edges of the inside fence line. about a 40'X40' area.... I tried pet/kid friendly natural ant killers, i tried different bags of stronger ant killer granules... Nothing worked as good as the DE. Of course a couple days after it rains i have to re-sprinkle the DE around the fence again... But its better than the ortho and terro granules that didnt even put a dent in them.

I seen loads of ants at the baits the first couple days, but no longer see them anymore until a day or 2 after it rains... This tells me the DE is keeping them from getting in the fence line and then im HOPING the bait they eat is actually killing them later... But just the ant baits didnt seem to help by themselves... I only left them there as a hopeful backup to the DE.

Weird it doesnt do it on my CPU but does on the phone... Course i have to use my phone as a hotspot to even use my computer to get online so its the same internet... I guess...

Leonidas is growing quick. Good thing Neko decided to start being friendly LOL

Once upon a time ago, when I was working a summer camp, we put a doughnut in a Ziploc bag and threw it outside our tent just to taunt the ants. By morning the little buggers had eaten through the plastic and devoured a significant portion of the doughnut. We didn't mess with them anymore for fear of them chewing through our tent.

Huh? Please explain this.

There were signs saying 'privately-owned property' all over, but the camp attendants told us it was federal property and federal this federal weapons regulations applied. I dunno

I got to spend some time in the kitchen today. Quite excited about the results.

Pancake(flour, baking soda, lemon zest, lemon juice, powdered sugar, vanilla bean, sour cream) battered bacon, with a maple syrup whipped cream (simmered with the vanilla bean skin)

Dammit, C-bear! I've already eaten (and certainly have enough calories about my personage to survive at least a month in the woods) but now I'm salivating. Effing Pavlov....

I recently got a whipping siphon so I've been experimenting with making whipped creams and "other stuff", currently I'm trying to find a good place to find some champagne vinegar for not too expensive. I want to make some more sauces instead of just whipped creams.

Of course I also want to make some burrata. But that is pretty much just cause I'm an asshole who loves making people drool.

Did I post the picture of the pork roast I made the other day?

According to The Google it's owned by a nonprofit.

Oh. Well it's all clear now. [emoji15]

Your new dog has a skid plate. All-terrain model?

He does quite a bit of rock crawling so we don't wanna knock off his oil pan. :D

That was actually Nekos first harness. It still fits Neko. Since this picture i had to loosen it up to make it fit of course.

I actually prefer these types of harnesses over collars... But Neko is fluffy and keeping this type of harness on him makes his coat look flat where it sits and rubs him.... and its a pain to take off every time i take him out.... so i dont use it on him anymore. Leonidas is short haired, so this works fine for him... For now. He will grow out of it though. Pretty close to fully extended now.

I thought the off road package came with fog lights and mudflaps too.

He came with mudflaps, but after adding bigger tires they rub against the flaps so they were removed. :p
