I'm surprised that the weight difference is so little, b/c when I handled both the Um felt significantly beefier, whereas the 21 lg Sebbie felt much more "elegant." The action on the Um was SUPER smooth. I think it makes good business sense for CR to make an incursion into the popular "overbuilt folder" market, and the Um certainly "fills the hand with confidence." Now, how about a flat-ground blade in one of the fancy new steels like 110V?
