un-Official Modded Kershaw/ZT Thread (Scales, Regrinds, Frankensteins, Dye-Jobs, etc)

I really like the look of the ZT 0350 with standoffs vs a spacer. I ordered a Blur from Dave's sale, to poach the standoffs. But in the mean time I fitted some aluminum spacers that I picked up from Ace. I was going to polish them, but decided on the raw look, I feel it matches the overall look of the 350. Guess I'll have my first Blur now too:D

^^ That is AWESOME... I want a TS blur and put the blade on my CF blur body:-)

I probably paid more for it than I should have, but hey, it's a 0301 scale, in orange CF, and speedsafe still works. they got me. :o

I had a skyline but gifted it to my brother. Handle was too thin for my tastes. But that was before I knew about custom scales. I may have to get another one now.

I might just have to do that to my 0350. I live about three blocks from an Ace.
 
believe it or not, havent done an OD/black on a 0550 yet....turned out great...Striderco, this ones for you:-)

Really digging the Kryptoglow/Rival collaboration, this is probably my favorite scale so far. :thumbup:

I am glad bad_juju gave me a heads up. I would not have been happy if I missed that one, especially after I just posted it in the "custom cryo" thread a few days ago. Now if only Dave would hurry up and list those 0350OR's. :D
 
Barry H lightning strike carbon fiber scale and I reprofiled the edge to 17 degrees
per side on my EP.
