On a serious note, it's freakin' awesome that folks, like you, would step forward, give their time, without compensation, to make this community a better place. So, for that, thank you, @Boru13!

Back on topic, why are there so many thieves out there? Really, you're going to steal a Delica? Go big, or go home, buddy! If you're going to ruin your reputation, and get banned from these forums, at least make it worth your while! :rolleyes::rolleyes::D

I really do like this idea, of a pass-around. It would be nice to handle a knife, before ordering it. But, there always seems to be somebody, that screws up, a good thing. :mad:
 
I just sent a message and provided a link to this thread to @wiredbeans and D devdev98 .

I informed them that they needed to address this situation and if they choose to ignore it, they would be banned from the forums.

I doubt very seriously that " dev " will respond as he has not been on the forums since Oct. 2017, " wire " on the other hand was on the forums roughly 1.5 hours ago... we'll wait and see what he has to say and go from there.
 
Wow, I'm stunned, why would someone participate in a passaround, take pictures and keep the passaround.... Especially if you already have versions of a <$75 knife?

It really seems the % of bad actors has gone up in the last 6 months, or maybe I've started reading all these threads. Whichever this really disturbs me more than usual today.
 
Ok so here I am. I feel terrible about this. I never had intentions of this. I certainly would never have intentions to steal. At this point I just want to make sure the knife gets to where the owner wants it. All I can says is life happens I've had a tough last couple months and just started a new job and things are starting to look up that's all I'll say. I'm not making excuses but there it is. I would like to make this as right as I can by those I wronged.
 
Very cool the Devdev98 wants to make it right and I hope he does.

" dev " has replied to my PM and has also posted in this thread... that's a start.

" wire " on the other hand, read my PM at 11:27 am today and was last on the forums at 2:01 pm today and still has failed to respond to me or reply to this thread... if there is no communication from him within the next 24 hours, he will be removed from the site.
 
Absolutely right! Passarounds are a great deal & a chance to share info with members...Only a Douche would steal one!

uxo2—as of the time of this post, both Mr. Brownstone and Bluey are still MIA. I have yet to hear from either offender.
