No problem at all.
I would bet 8 out of 10 shipping complaints I handle are due to SHIPPER error. Either a bad house number or the wrong zip code. Be careful when addressing packages and always insure for the replacement value.
My hatchet loss was due to seller stupidity.
A few of my "delayed delivery" packages have been due to the seller/shipper goofing it with bunged up addresses. Had one where the shipper had everything right in the address but the zip code. They put the zip for a little town outside Corpus Christi. I watched the package bounce back ad forth between Austin/San Antonio/Corpus Christi several times. Corpus would ship it back to Austin via San Antonio because of the town on the address and Austin would ship it back to Corpus via San Antonio based on the zip code. I finally went to the Cedar Park PO and told the postmaster about it and he put something called a "touch" on it that would force the system to kick it out for manual intervention. Got it a couple of days later.
As I have had 3000+ packages flow through the the Cedar Park PO over the last few years, everyone there seems to know me, at least by PO box number

I had one knife that was supposed include the WW2 dog tags of the original owner. The box had not been sealed properly and the dog tags were missing. I asked the postmaster if they had found any old dog tags. Sure enough, when they searched the rolling carts, they found the dog tags down in the corner of the canvas.
Had another package where the knife had fallen out of its box (again bad packaging). Teh PO folks weren't absolutely positive that the knife in the cart belonged in the box with my name on it, but they were pretty sure it did. They put the empty box in a parcel locker with a note to see the postmaster. When I checked with him, he asked if I could identify what should have been in the box. I pulled up my tracking list of outstanding packages and compared the return address city on the box to my list of shippers' hoe towns. I pulled up the ebay auction on my phone, showed it to the postmaster and said "It should be a knife that looks like this" and told him the ricasso stamp that should be on it. He went back to his office and came back with the knife, compared it to the picture and said "Yep, this is probably yours. Tell the shipper to get a clue on packaging."
