USPS messes up again!

Man I know how u feel. I sent a Benchmade Griptillian and a Emerson Karambit in the mail once and the guy never got it.....It was lost in the mail supposedly, according to the USPS.
Then today I received a package from ITS Tactical via USPS and guess where the package was???Not on my frickin door step, The thing looked like it was thrown and landed in the grass beside the porch. Luckily there wasnt anything breakable inside but WTF?? The USPS is almost as bad as FedEx, dont get me started, but any fricking company that leaves Tom Hanks on a deserted island for all those years is not alright in my book, LMAO.

I have recieved packages USPS with tracking number and the website still wasn't updated with current info two days later. UPS only for me.

UPS, exactly my friend. What can brown do for me? They do everything that FedEx and USPS lacks. lol

Actually the USPS calls the service "Delivery Confirmation". And as Esav stated, it is really just to confirm that the package was delivered. Though, there are location updates at times.

sorry, it was temporarily down for the day. I called Friday afternoon and got a call Friday night. The claim worker told me that the package was being held in Nashua and to call John and he will sort it out. So, I call John this morning and he says he isn't calling because Nashua's a big city and that's a lot of work.... So I called back and made a new claim and hopefully something good happens. The worst part is that it was my Para 2! Lol

I have had a few small problems with USPS but I have not had anything good happen anywhere near a UPS worker/building/package. UPS has yet to deliver a package to the right house on my street in over a year .USP routinely leaves multiple packages at a house that should have only gotten one ,sometimes more than one package at a house that shouldn`t have gotten one. But I feel your pain the DC # really is not a tracking number even if they might like you to think it was.

I guess I am just lucky, but I have never had any problems with UPS or USPS. I have received hundreds of packages through the years and besides a couple of very minor glitches... no problems with either.

Well, the knife showed up after all! I tried calling Spyderco a few times this week and it always went to voice mail. I called today and they said they have my Paramilitary 2! It just bothers me how I pay for a service, delivery confirmation, and it doesn't give me confirmation of it's delivery! Anyways, the warranty and repairs guy said to give them a call in a week and a half... I thought I was going to have to get another Paramilitary 2, lol!

Here's my advice, always double check the address, use a lot of tape, and make sure you insure it!

USPS does not offer tracking on mail other than Express Mail. Most likely you had a Delivery Confirmation number which is designed for commercial shippers and is not a real time system.
