Hey guys I need your help. I recently did a trade with a guy on here and that we believe my mail was stolen. We put a signature upon delivery from usps and someone (not me) signed for it and took it, anyone have any advice what to do? I went around my apartment complex and everyone is playing dumb, what do you guys think I should do?

Let USPS know and let them investigate. Did you see the name of the person when you checked the tracking number?

Do you think I'll get my stuff back? When I was talking to the gentleman I traded with were thinking on letting local law enforcement involved

After the person signs for it the carrier scans the signature. If they filled out a 3849 form the signature should be on the back of that.

I'd call USPS first thing and talk to local police as well. I seriously doubt anyone will be able to retrieve the item, but you should be entitled to insurance compensation at least if it was sent priority.

My name is Eric Robinson not j jose, doesn't usps ask for identification or verification of you choose signauture upon delivery?

Not of my knowledge, I talked to the only Spanish people in the complex and they acted dumb and pretended like he couldn't understand english

I would talk to the mailman and ask a few questions. Maybe you can find out who signed for it.
