Too late, Kev! You're out of the cool kids club!
Ummm...I hate to break this to you, but Kev makes some pretty bad ass knives so he might be in the "Cooler Kids Club".![]()
Well I've had two bad things happen. First was the polymer bushing got sticky. I was going to take it out, but after a few days it just got smoother. It's a high possibility something got into the bearing face, which is more likely with poly bushings.I have a question since you've had yours for awhile, how is everything once it does wear in?
Let us know what you think about it Todd. That's what I think too, Daddyo.
I'm late to this party. My Utilitac II arrives later this week.
I'm not big on re-curves myself but that one isn't to bad .![]()
I picked one up because of this thread. I went into it thinking "I really don't like recurve, this thing is made in Taiwan, and AUS8?"
For $25 (shipped), it's really hard to find faults with this thing. Everything is solid, smooth, and yeah, this puppy came razor sharp. Granted, I still hate recurve, but I will beat the hell out of this thing without crying if anything breaks, and it doesn't feel like that's going to happen anytime soon.
I waved a Utilitac II a while back.

Waving a perfectly good knife is the 8th deadly sin.
