Yup!

Does the bottle opener on your Cadet have a half-stop? Mine does not. I'm wondering if the Cadet has changed to a half-stop since then, or if it just doesn't incorporate that feature on its bottle opener. Not that it really affects the function on my Cadet's bottle opener.

According to older threads here and on other forums it appears the half-stop was added around 2012.
