ok, now i see clearer. mad here too. first, knifecenter is not allowed to sell it so cheap. we will check. second, tim is soon be deleted of my dealerlist for some reasons, if we dont work it out. some things he and his son do is not in the understanding we swiss have about sak and buiseness.
regarding the ebay, i remember your offer long time ago. since im swiss, im carefully. i do not work with people i do not now. so there was no chance. but i work with an fellow emigrant with simmilar background as me and he is knowledge about ebay. so after an time we did do so and it worked out well. its same as one guy from sosak, wanted to help me at blade show, he gave references that where not true, and i did say no thanks. he still come by my booth at blade show. and since be burglared by what i considered friends, im absolute carefully.
remember, i work in collaboration directly with mr elsener. im not only swiss, im eidgenosse. i bellive in that and there is some ways we do and some we dont. im the only like that in usa in that spl field. so its either with me or against me.
regarding my work, you and others have to understand im not us and what i do is absolute unique. i do design, plan, make my work and sell it, this in two continents, in swiss and usa, plus what i do is not the average knife or tool, my goals are higher. this involve alot of work, travel etc and some things are less important to me like communication etc but that got better with facebook etc where i post updates. as the company gets bigger, i will get more employees and they will ansver emails etc too so it fits the us needs. i did go an long tough way and not many else would do so, you all have no idea how it is/was.
all i want do is my work. if i would be rich, i may would keep all my runs for myself. no, i do that for anybody who love my work and understand the extra mile and step i do for get that done. if you dont, then buy only say the standart sak, made in millions, sold cheapest by tim etc and hurting the factory in swiss and i wish good luck. but posts like the one in bladeforums sure dont help at all. if some us are to stupid to see how mrsp works and how the system of manufacturer, dealer and enduser is working i cant help. if we in usa destroy that, with cheap cheaper cheapest price mentality then victorinox one day will close its doors. as long im here i do my best that this pcs of swiss heritage is working well. thats why im in usa.

I've been buying and generally promoting your products pretty much since the beginning. I wanted to sell some of your products on eBay, years ago, primarily for you to gain exposure here. You refused, which is your perogative, but then you turn around and start selling on eBay, years later in the middle of the worst economy since the Great Depression. I've offered to pay for airmail to expedite shipping and save the hassles, and you refused. You offered the damascus SAKs, I paid for multiple item and then I find them at the Heidi Shop. I wait and wait for the knives, you finally get back to me and the Heidi shop is then sold out. Now, I ordered some from www.knifecenter.com, so I know that they are in country. Then you made those comments which could only be interpreted as negative regarding Tim of felinevet and everyone knew who you were refeering to without naming him. In the US we call that biting the hand that feeds you. You don't know this but I emailed Tim years ago trying to figure out what was up with your business and he said that's just the way you work. I'm sorry, but when I saw the damascus pioneers for sale at www.knifecenter.com and re-read your posts I became very angry.
