Nice, Coleman !

Two 4.5 …. Notice the 4.5F on the right having more of a CPK FK2 type belly. Left is standard shape with S grind.

Thanks. I really enjoy seeing others VKT’s. Those are some awesome scales on yours. Micarta?

*The FK2 technically isn’t mine. I mean it was…but I sold it to a good friend. Then I borrowed it back to make a sheath for another awesome gentleman…so ya. Lol.

Both Micarta with G10 liners. Green Canvas on the right. I don't remember what Bart called the left one.

My S&F FK2 sheath is packed so I can't fondle it now :(

More of the VK 4.5 S-grind

Just some nice shots of the quality of the build on this knife. As you can see it feathersticks nicely, is awesome in all grips and has nice details on the blade and handle. The S grind looks deep from the side but when you see the spine shot of the tip, you realize it isnt very deep. Its just deep enough to relieve some friction/binding when cutting. I have batoned this knife through firewood, cut up 2.5 inch thick closed cell foam and sliced tomatoes and that S-grind really makes the knife feel thinner than it actually is. The sheath is the nicest stock kydex sheath I have ever received.

20 mile ride on the C&O canal today. I always carry a fixie with me cuz ya just never know. Today it was the VK4.5. If anyone rides, that is my Specialized Fuze 29. Ive upgraded it pretty good. Bars, rotors, pads, pedals and a Rockshox Pike Ultimate. Shes a hardtail but can handle anything.

Nice I have one of these it’s been a great little pocket blade
Yeah, I'm pretty excited about it. I carry knives in the 3" to 3.5" range via neck knife, pocket or AIWB pretty much daily. It's a fantastically useful size...and I've been waiting for just the right moment to jump on the Volunteer train.

Funny how my favorite knives and makers of late all seem to come from NC, SC and TN. Nice to have them all in my backyard.

Congrats Blues Blues

You’re gonna love VKT. I’m gonna jump on this model as some point as well.
Hope all has been well, E.

Blues- it is a fantastic model impeccably made. One of best edc fixed blades and it will make you smile every time you hold it.
