Thanks to all for the great comments. I can really say that this was not just another knife on the bench. I really enjoyed how the whole build went from start to finish. I finished it with my last ounce of stregth at around midnight and then could not go to sleep thinking on it. I'm really looking foward to making more three bladed knives in diffrent patterns.

I agree with what's said already,it's fantastic! But I'll add,the main blade looks really nice, too,it's flowing. The grinds on the blades look to be really well done from the pictures.
A Fantastic custom stockman  .
Beautiful & skillful job Enrique & nice catch Elliott,Congrat's to both of you's.
-Vince :)

Enrique, great job! I can't wait till my name comes up on your list.

Keep the hits coming, Jeff

I think I speak for all in saying that is a very lustworthy knife. A high point in any collection. A truly amazing job Enrique and Elliott, what can I say, you get the best stuff. :)

Enrique, thats a nice knife. I can se the skills with tools and the eye for perfection, but I can also se the artist that makes the knfe a peice of art in the way thats true estetics. This is a hard thing to learn, eather you have that eye or not. In stockmans Ive seen (only pictures, but good pictures) Eriksson have this skills and now this one. Its the combination of a sturdy tool and a peice of art pared together to something a little more than a nice knife. What I would call the soul of the tool.

Elliot, congratulations to owning yet another of the best knifes there is.

Bosse

can't wait to see more pics Elliott, really love the looks of this one
compliments to both
Maxx

Elliot you MUST bring that one to Blade to show me. That is a special knife!:)
Fantastic work Enrique:thumbup:

Bosse, you and I are going to have to get together someday. The highlighted portion of your quote (above) is the very essence of a discussion I had with Enrique on the phone last night. (Up to and even including the reference to my good friend Mr. Erickson.) You have hit the nail squarely on the head in my humble opinion.:cool:

Thank you all for the kind words and compliments.

I'll never have the skills or aptitude to build a custom knife but through the years I've been able to pare down what I think (for me) goes to the essence or heart of a given pattern which I have become fascinated by.

I have been really fortunate to be able to discuss and share these ideas with makers who not only have a like mindset but also have the skills and vision to bring these ideas to life on their bench.

I am truly honored to be able to share the fruits of those collaborations with you all.
Thanks for making it such a pleasure to do so.:cool:

Congrats to both maker & owner!
After seeing ( i can just imagine using) this knife I wonder how someone can ask "What is the attraction to traditionals?"
