Wait... Fixall has a website? Giveaway!!! - Winner(s) chosen!

Best of luck with the new website and the business. And thanks for the generous GAW!

It's tough to pick a favorite, but I lean towards wood ... or bone ... or stag ... yeah it's hard to pick one. On fixed blades I really like a curly wood like Koa, Tasmanian Blackwood, and Ringed Gidgee. On slipjoints I lean towards Ebony.

Not an entry for me, but I love to participate. My favorite handle material for traditionals is wood, followed closely by micarta (which is my favorite all around). But my favorite knife handles of all are the ones on my daily driver, the 2015 Bladeforums knife.

I m in! Thank you!
I missed 3 #86 drops for the strangest of reasons, so I don’t have one.
My favorite handle by a very close margin is quality jigged bone.
I checked out your materials, and man, you do have some nice stuff. I really like the vintage Micarta.
Best of luck with the biz!

Very generous GAW!
I wish you luck with your business, and I will save your website so I can order some things from you when I’m ready to take on another project.

I can’t take pics as my camera lens is broken, but I’m partial to saw cut bone and delrin, though I also really like dark jigged bone, Evony wood, and stag as long as it isn’t too thick.

Surprisingly, I only have one GEC and it has pioneer bone, I’m really loving it, makes a great worry stone, smooth enough to rub and enjoy the tactile feedback, but has enough surface irregularities to make it interesting, and it looks great IMO.

In any case I would love to enter your GAW so please count me in.

BTW, my name also happens to be Brian 👍🏻

This is a very nice giveaway! My favorite is bone. Historically, it has been a nice jigged bone. I really enjoy some of the case chestnut jigged bone. With that being said, smooth white bone has been growing on me.

I'm entering for Âchillepattada Âchillepattada . I will of course cover the shipping to France if I am selected!

Not quite under the wire, yet I too would like to participate in your generous GAW.

Fixall Fixall , I have nothing but respect for anyone running his or her own business, may it be a prosperous and fun one.

With fall having arrived in the Northcountry, my presently favorite handle material is red jigged bone. Case does a mighty fine job with that.

I checked out your website; very nice selection of handle materials and a nice presentation of the same. I'm in for that great knife. I like most every handle type offered on traditional pocketknives and fixed blades, however good dark jigged bone on a pocketknife is my favorite and this Fight'N Rooster is the most-favored among my collection. Looks great. Well done website. There's some redwood burl that caught my eye. 😁

Bone is attractive in it's many forms, but my favorite is just really nice pieces of tree. Here are a few photos of some that I had readily available.

Thank you for the generous giveaway.

If you like that, just you wait! I have over 1000, stabilized redwood burl blocks on hand right now. Those were just a test run from before I had my drum sander. I should be churning out a lot more soon. :)

Just wow! The knives coming out of the woodwork are just delightful! Such a wonderful range of tastes.

I'm really loving all the generosity going on the thread too! GEC releases can get rather hectic, so it's great to see. :)

Lots of stag and bone fans! I actually gave some thought to stocking both of those materials at one point... But I think stag is just one of those materials that should really be purchased in person. And as far as bone goes... Culpepper has that down to an art already, lol!

My favorite material is african blackwood by the way. :D

I love how it looks, how it smells, and how it works. It's just some really awesome wood!
