Wait 'til you See What Is Coming Next!!!

Although I do like the choil, the hammer butt seems redundant.

what do you find redundant about it?

the only other hammering surface on the knife is the spine, which can't get as much force because it's not a big blade. the biggest difference between the skull crusher and the hammer time is that all of the force is concentrated onto 1/8" of steel instead of 1 1/4"

I'm a bigger fan of the LE then the CG. It appears the LE's swedge is more rounded and the wave to be not has sharp. All adding up to give the knife a smooth line but with the swedge and the TAC butt it still has the aggressive Busse commanding design. Or maybe it's just the lighting.:D

Finally I get to see it!!! I like it with the choil, but no skull crusher!! If you really need a skull crusher, hit with the point on that monster swedge......that thing looks like it could crack coconuts!!!!!

Oh, and HAMMER TIME all the way

Those are stunning though I find the lack of choil extremely striking. Again, they look like small scimitars.

About the Choil: I don't see a large difference in cutting edge without it. What is the estimated cutting edge with and without?

ok, not trying too up in your business or anything but how thick are we thinking of making that? .25"?

I love the choil! IMHO, without it...think of a 1911 without a safety...where are you supposed to put your thumb when you want to whittle on a bad guy?:D

If the plunge line goes all of the way up to the Talon Hole on the Choiless blade, it will look a lot better than the proto IMO. Shortening up the ricasso will take some of the blockiness out of it's appearance. The pommel doesn't really matter to me, but the pointy skullcrusher can be brutal to the ribcage. Especially when using a tec-lock on a kydex sheath under the handle slab/in line with the ricasso.

For those who have seen the pics of the Tank buster prototypes, would you prefer the Standard Pointed Tac Butt on the left?. . . Or the all new "Hammer Time" Tank Buster Butt on the right?

Let me know,

Jerry :D

I don't know about this new handle style. From whence are we expected to crush the proverbial skull without a built in "Skull Crusher"? :D

My vote is definitely for the classic.
