WALKING DEAD Season 4, Sunday 10-13-13

To me the shows appeal has always been the plight of those left to survive after the end - and they are finally getting into the dark corners of the mind.

From my understanding the title "The Walking Dead" is actually referring to the survivors. I totally agree with you, the zombies are just the vehicle to get us to a place where we view how each individual deals with the loss of civilization, both good and bad. It's not the zombies you need to be afraid of, it's the survivors.

What Kind of knife did "Lizzy" have?

I was wondering that too, will be able to rewind it tomorrow :S when it flashed I thought it looked like a kin..rodent 3 or something. Probably just had busse on my mind though and imagined it.

Talking dead is also very compelling. The lady playing carol is quite obviously emotional about everything. Makes me wonder if she hasn't related too closely to the character. She seems genuinely upset by it all.

I'll need to see it again but it was covered and hard to see the handle but it had a guard like this Buck knife that Bass Pro sells, they come in stag, wood and G10.

Ah ok so I was imagining :( for some reason I really thought it looked like a bloody short sar or rat

Seems Lizzie was a lot more folked up in the head than anyone could have imagined!

When she was profusely apologizing to carol, she was apologizing for pointing the gun at Carol. Not for killing Mika. Lizzie just never got it.

BTW, the puzzle that the girls are working on throughout the episode; it's a picture of Carol's dead daughter Sophia. Never revealed in the episode itself, it was mentioned on The Talking Dead. One of the show's producers actually had the puzzle commissioned just for the episode.

Perhaps....

BTW, the charbroiled walkers in tonight's episode likely came from the Moonshine house that Daryl and Beth burned down to the ground in last week's episode.

Just imagine the rabbits Lenny I mean Lizzie.................I mean never mind.

Shocking episode wow

Not a big pic since it's from my cell phone but looking at it, it looks very similar to the Buck made Redhead Skinner.
What do you guys think?

Damn, kind of a shocking episode.

She needed fed to her sister though

As far as a dramatic tv episode i thought it was great. Really brought out emotion that I thought the show had been lacking for some time. I like the episodes that when they are over I have to sit and wonder, "what would I have done?"

I guess I knew that Lizzie was gonna snap at some point but I didnt see it being directed at her sister. Shocked that Carol admitted the killings to Tyrese as well. Figured she would hold onto that one atleast until the entire group met back up and Rick forced the issue. Really thought that Lizzie had killed the two sick people at the prison and Carol was just covering it up.
