OilMan:
....what the hell else would I have been talking about smarty pants?
Let's see.... Bob's journey from utter loneliness, isolation, and despair comes to his complete redemption as a human-being by the end of the episode. He finds his redemption. While at the same time, Daryl may have lost his; when he lost Beth. Evident when he hooks up with John, and is in danger of going back to what he was before the Undead Apocalypse. (Oh yeah, Beth got kidnapped. In case we simply gloss over that rather significant plot twist.) For the ones demanding more action.... Battling the Undead in a blinding fog. Battling the Undead in a funeral home embalming room. Battling the Undead on top of a pair of cars, along with chopping their heads off with a street sign.
But yeah, yesterday's episode was nothing but "pure filler."
I don't smoke, but in fairness I could ask you what you've been injecting into your arm. As for what you've been talking about, clearly; not yesterday's episode that's for sure.
I like giving other members the benefit of the doubt. But yeah, you've made it blatantly obvious that an open and honest discussion regarding the show, its aspects, its short-comings, what they've gotten right, its plot-points, etc; none of that is clearly what you'd like to talk about.
Honestly, no joking, no sarcasm; thank you for making it obvious.
You can have the last word regarding our discussion. I don't care about something as silly as that. I'll stick around the topic though since there are other members who actually
want an open and honest discussion regarding the show, and they don't leave out important details such as Hershel had his leg immediately cut off so he wouldn't turn into an Undead corpse, after yes; having been bit.
In high school, a Dutch classmate of mine for three nights straight, used to stab the very same fellow student with a large Made in Pakistan copy of a Western V-49 Bowie knife. Hell, I bought it for him to use on that student.
All of the above is 100% true!!
Oh. but I left out a couple of
minor details while trying to prove my point that the Dutch classmate is a psychotic monster. After all, I just wanted to prove I was right. I guess it doesn't matter at all that the stabbings took place on stage, during the school play, over the course of three nights. The knife had a rounded tip and was dull as a butter-knife. After all such details might not support my claims.... Just like Hershel getting his bite-infected leg immediately cut off so he wouldn't turn into an Undead corpse might not support your claims that there have been characters on the show who have been bitten or died, without turning.
But why bother with the little details. Right?
