Hahahahahaha All of these are great, especially the "Hey Coarl!" He really does say his name like that. :thumbup:
 
Just rewatched the last episode. Kinda strange how after Gabriel burned his priest collar they got a life saving rain storm, then what looks to have been a tornado that wiped out the herd of walkers without wrecking the barn, then that music box started working right when this Eric guy showed up. Almost like some Devine intervention type stuff going on.
 
Latest episode was better than the last one but still just so so.

The bridge scene confused me. The idea that they were saving energy by just knocking the walkers down a hill seemed silly. Why did the walkers seem to get more violent when one was stabbed but didnt care when they were being thrown off a bridge.

Here's to next week being better.

Almost everything about the show is absurd, but I can't stop watching it. It's just better for me to ignore the silliness, and enjoy it for what it is.
 
Anybody else ever wonder why not a single one of them has had a bicycle? Silent transportation that never runs out of gas. Seems like a no brainer to me.

the knife made its first appearance at the hospital when they were trying to save carol (if I remember)
 
Good screen grab Dave! I just got a quick glimps of the knife in his sheath when I watched the program and was hoping he had his old busse back. Thought maybe Carol had grabbed it when she got Ricks watch and the crossbow (although the crossbow is NOT the same one he had in season one). Guess this photo confirms that he does not have his old knife. Bummer!:mad::grumpy::thumbdn:

Duh! Seriously, a bike should not be that hard to find either and would be way better than walking miles and miles.
 
I liked the matter of fact attittude when they had to shoot the pack of dogs. They just made a fire and started cooking. I would have let Eugene try the water as well. Either it is fine and you have water or its not and you dont have Eugene. Win either way.

For sure! Strange how they never come across farm equipment, dealers, etc. even though they have been mainly in rural areas. No sporting goods stores, Wal-Marts, or anything else that could be helpful. And what ever happened to that RattleHawk that Joe had?
 
I don't know,Eugene does have some smarts even though no one seems to know how to make a water still or evaporation tent. You could get a good bit of water out of all that green stuff growing everywhere.

I've thought the same thing, Tom. First thing I'd do is hit the local tractor dealership, nab the keys to the biggest four wheel drive tractor they have, drive it to a nice wide spot in the middle of town, lay on the horn until every walker around showed up, pitch the wheel and pour it to the coals until it was just a lake of zombie mashin's.

I think the group is trying their best to remain good people. They could have easily stood there quietly while Eugene drank water that could possibly kill him but it just isn't in the groups nature. I bet Shane would have been ok with it, I wish he was still around to add to the excitement. He was pretty cute too :p
