Walking Dead Season 5 (HEADS UP: Possible Episode Spoilers May Be Posted Within)

Do you really kill the only doctor in the whole fricking community? (Even assuming he is the abuser.)
I doubt there are many secrets in a community that size. My guess is that being a doctor is the only reason he's still there. For now, I think he's the abuser.

...how about Glenn.... Walking around that warehouse, sights up with his 1911, hammer not even cocked....
Small details that few notice. Still wouldn't take much to have someone around to correct that stuff...

I assume this kind of stuff is just for on the set safety. I'm sure we're among the minority of people who realize their weapons are unable to fire they way the show them:

Totally makes sense to me. My wife was in a ton of plays and such. They would always ask for the audience to "suspend their disbelief"

Became a huge fan of Abraham last episode. Just wish he would have taken care of the foreman who was fine with just leaving that woman to be killed.

Cant remember who posted the theory...but I agree I think Deanna brought the group in to protect them from the group that took out Noah's community. Eugene stepping up was awesome... Too bad for Noah

Seems to me though that if they actually were having issues with another clan, they'd have some security. At least a lookout in the tower. I think that they've gone thru most if what was stockpiled there and the nearby surrounding area and they need experienced people to make supply runs. All that being said, I do believe that these people are about to get hit by an outside group. If the actual town survives, Rick becomes governor of New Woodbury.

Despite what the boss lady said, Abraham is smart enough to know that he and the others are still outsiders. Any killing of an established community member would have to be done in only the absolute gravest of extremes. Lest the entire group be kicked out of Alexandria.

Excellent theory about those supply runs.

In the graphic novels, things don't stay peaceful for long. I'm just waiting for Negan's introduction. (Along with that of the Saviors.) It's going to be awesome!!

I think Rick's group ultimately wants to try and make it work and have a community (aside from Darrel), but the group knows there's no way they can get kicked out by the soft current residents... I think the congresswoman is realizing that too.

She sees that his group is so far advanced in being equipped for the new world beyond her current residents and they are very quickly rising to positions of authority and power. I'm sure she see's them now as a brush fire that is going to get out of her control and recognizes that she's in danger of losing her power and town sooner than later.

To a politician, power is everything. Deanna's son was obviously getting a little to big for his britches, which is why Deanna thanked Glen for punching him out. She definitely feels threatened; Abraham and Rick have her scared of losing control.;)

Deanna has to be getting worried. Her son was the only real muscle (pathetic as he was) that she had.

Next week's better be good....not too fond of how this episode played out. Rick should have taken Michone to extract Pete from the house......he let his wing-wang think for him. I think differently than they are. If it were me.....I'd have gotten my people out of there fast. Deanna is a witch in sheeps clothing. And.....what was Michone doing? Maybe she saw the guy with the G-19 about to shoot Rick and saved his life? Doubt it though.

Got to see the end of it this morning. I was just waiting for Sasha to start dropping rounds on Dianna and the members of her group when Michone went and messed up Ricks insurrection. :grumpy:

And now we have it. Rick has gone full Shane. :)

At first I thought she just turned on Rick because she wants to stay... especially after her Sasha experience. Then I started thinking, she agrees with how soft the residents are but wanted to pull a Carol and pretend she's on their side until they can devise a more thought out plan. If she didn't step in- that wasn't going to end well... likely ending with Rick getting shot, and I think she knew that.

Also, I expect next episode we finally get to see the significance of the "W" and maybe the eagerly awaited Negan intro. That would be an insane way to leave off until October.

When I saw the wedding band and the sunglasses at the scene where Daryl and Aaron found the guy dismembered, I thought..."Man that BETTER not be Morgan laying there.... Man, we didn't get to see him at all this season and this is how they write him out?" I don't think it was supposed to be him, but I'm going back to the last episode of last season to compare sunglasses just in case.
