We will probably offer the cards separately somewhere down the line. These are great info cards. Don Rearic and us put some time into them. Basically trying to get as much info as we can in as small of a space as we can.
 
Were doing a set of complete nav cards too. They will be a 5-piece set that covers all the scales, plus info cards for using GPS with map/compass, how to compensate for declination, topo map symbols, basic survival info, etc.

Here's a pic of the white plsatic cards. There will also be clear cards for reading just about every map scale. Each clear card will have a 360 degree protractor around the edge of each clear card.

These will come packaged together as a group. Price will be real reasonable and sold through our dealer network. Perfect set of info cards for anyone who is just getting use to land nav or wanting to use their GPS along with map/compass.

The nav cards are not part of the E&E kit. They will be a stand-alone item. Perfect gift for the youngster just learning to navigate though.
 
I am digging the information, soft goods, misc supplies side of the ESEE and Izula Gear line. The knives are awesome but these little items here and there are really cool.

The info cards look great all around!
 
We believe that the tool should be less important than the knowledge ;)

Those are very nice and handy little cards.

I'm sure you are, but I'll ask anyway, are you going to have a hole in the center of the protractor cards to tie off a a foot or so of thin string to aquire a direction of travel from the map?

A premade hole dead center is a lot nicer than us trying to find dead center and not poke holes through any writing on the cards. You know what I mean?
 
Man, those nav are also very nice. I really like the idea and I think we all know that knowledge is one of the most impotant things in a survival situation and that those cards can help you to remember what and how to do something, etc.

Good point. Especially when you are stressed. Simple information may be critical to your survival.
