I work for the Dept. of Defense doing nuclear and environmental engineering. My wife and I started a home business three years ago which is tearing the hide off what the government pays me - the future is looking up. I fish fanatically, much of it in saltwater. Knives clean and fillet fish, and I've spent years searching for ones which do it right. I'd about given up until I discovered this site a month or so ago. I'm reading this stuff like crazy - and having a ball doing it. I think solutions exist.

Well Greg, your persistance has worn me down!I think Sal would agree that you may rival "Mega Folder Man" (Jim March)in that regard.Although for the life of me I'm sure this will be a boring read compared to just about everybody else's post. (where do you all find the time?) My most important responsibility is the father of three kids, two of which I married (you know, her's + mine = our's). Don't know how she's put up with me for 15 years. She must be shooting for sainthood. Vocation is electrical work. 20 years as a journeyman electrician doing construction, maintenance, and service work everywhere from auto factories to nuke plants.Find time to take long trips via the Harley scooter cross country and golf very badly. Mike K. Ps: Can anybody tell me how to make paragraphs? My posts look like one long run-on sentence.

Hammer, I read each and every one of the post.

O And to make "paragraphs" just hit the enter key

Right now I'm a chemical dependency counselor in one of our state prison trusty units working with parole violators.

On weekends I work in a local antique mall for knife money.

When I grow up I want to try to learn how to make knives.
