WARNING about bladeforum user: estate4life Ebay scammer

warning, this user, estate4life bought 2 spyderco knives, 100% new unused from me on ebay, and has lied multiple times, and scammed me out of 160$

Ive been on ebay for 13 years, with 100% feedback.

This user, estate4life, bought a Police and a Junior knife , then , out of spite on the second knife, reversed paypal payment on both.

he claimed a factory notch at bottom of police was a "flaw" however since i own many police models, i proved hes lying.


I have contacted paypal and ebay Supervisor that this is an OBVIOUS case of Fraud.

Ebay supervisor AGREES that the empirical proof is in my favor. Paypal has opened an investigation of BLATANT FRAUD.

BEWARE OF ANY DEALINGS WITH A FRAUDULENT PERSON LIKE THIS.

Ive been on ebay for 13 years with PERFECT 100% feedback, ..... this buyer, has committed outright FRAUD.
 
HEY...DON"T LIE & ACCUSE....you sold me an item that was not as describe, All I want to do is return for refund but you are the one that was unwilling to work....Please Mod...please help

This stuff usually belongs to the GoodBadUgly subforum... but let the mods deal with it...

Word of advice... Try to solve this issues out of the Internet because sooner or later you both are going to have a bunch of people all over you.

Help with what? You have the knives, where are some pictures? The dispute isn't even here, it's PayPal you have to convince, by their rules and not ours.

We can get involved if either side is a BF member but not just he said / she said.

buyer is SELLING STOLEN knives he BOUGHT from me, then REVERSED CHARGES VIA PAYPAL ON

User LIED about "flaws" with knife

User LIED, because hes SELLING MY KNIVES (they are MINE, because he got his money back, so now theyre STOLEN KNIVES).....

My wife died a few months ago from a Gleoblastoma BRAIN TUMOR, ........i hope this crook is PROUD of stealing from a poor person like myself.

OK, let start discussion here...eBay seller lotus108 sells me 2 knive claiming is new.

1st one: the SS police. I found this chip. Seller say it's how SPY makes them. I call SPY CS, they say no....ask me to send it in.
 
You tell me.....is this FACTORY. All I want was return & refund but lotus108 said it is how spyderco make them...BS.

BTW: I did not stole your money. Paypal freeze your funds because you are being a jackass...
 
What I have for sale is MINT I have over 100 spyderco in my collection, I have 3 Juniors....2 SS police...5 Manix 2....when I see a deal I buy.

As a seller, you are obligated to take back you knife if item is not as describe

What stolen knife, you still have my money. Ebay did not refund my money...Paypal freeze your funds until you resolve this issue. You must take back the knife you sold me.
 
It IS THE SAME..........I HAD (recently) 12 POLICE MODELS.........they all look exactly like this plus or minus a hair.

Im contacting the authorities now, since this is 100000% PURE FRAUD..


A: hes claiming its "flawed'

B: hes BRAGGING ABOUT THE THE GREAT PRICE HE GOT THE JUNIOR FOR ........but to ME in email hes "ohhh, look, its used ....waaah"

NEITHER IS USED......... theyre both 100% NEW.


HES STOLEN THE KNIVES,......... period.........

A: hes got the knives
B: he STOLE his money back hes paid for them

C: hes already ATTEMPTING TO SELL THEM HERE.........and bragging about how "GREAT" they are
 
Simply said, all I want was a refund. Is that so difficult? If I sell you a knife, for what ever the reason you are not happy, send it back. Done

But this seller force me to file claim...now log in register BF and accuse me of a crime. I will file a police report with your local police department.
