WARNING about bladeforum user: estate4life Ebay scammer

Your knive is packaged & ready to send back. All you have to do is respond to ebay. They freezes your funds. Once you respond and say its okay to ship back, eBay will send me a notice. I ship it back with tracking number, insured. Once tracking number shows item is return, they credit me my money.

13 years seller on eBay? Are you sure you know what you are doing?

Now you have my items, and my money.

Your first pictures on the POLICE item are correct, the second item pictures are a HOAX

The junior is NEW never used, as such, who knows where you got those pictures, from but it was NOT from the item i sent you.

NO REFUNDS............means NO REFUNDS

Of course, you figured that out and reversed charges and have my items AND my money.

and, i see you trying to sell them here.

Is that logical? NO............Does that make sense? NO.

There's no need to file a false fraud report, because in no way shape or form has he frauded you. As a seller it is your responsibility to sell your products as advertised, if the buyer if unhappy it is your responsibility to take action and make things right. You refuse to work with the buyer, and yet the buyer is still seeking a full refund between the both of you and you are still unwilling to cooperate. Not only are you making false claims of fraud but you are bastardizing a respected member of the forums and have make an account just to do so. Despite all of this, the transaction hasn't even occurred through the forums and this thread does not belong here.
 
Hey, the bad negatice feedback can be remove if I willing to.....just be calm, handle this as adult & I can remove the eBay negative feedback for you. You just have to be co-operative... I am very reasonable...I call spyderco & they say to send the knife back in and they will take care, replace the blade if needed to....I just feel seller should be responsible too, so I ask you the help shipping cost. If you will to help...we close this case, I keep the knives & remove your negative feedback, back to 100% again...all I am asking is co-operation. shipping is like $5, but you were insisting spyderco makes all their POLICE like this...that is why I don't understand. Spyderco F&F is top....no way like this

Item was 100% new, which it is.

Item says NO REFUNDS........ PERIOD.

I PROVED that notch IS FACTORY.............. period.

He has my merchandise (NO REFUND,....i dont want it back, it IS AS DESCRIBED).....

He has my $$$ also.


Case closed.
 
Clearly the case isn't closed....

Take your knives back, issue a refund and resell.

And try to relax, your gonna blow something....
 
I don't know if this helps or hurts but I've had a couple Spyderco knives pass through my hands over the years (bought new) that had a rough patch at the base of the blade, just as shown. I've also had some rough handles. I bought a Tenacious for my brother in law last Christmas and the handle scales were scuffed and had some sort of residue on them. It was brand spanking new. It happens. Sal won't be pissed. He knows not every knife that leaves the factory is 100% perfect in the fit and finish department.
 
knifeuser100, You have joined Bladeforums today seeking to air a grievance with another member regarding a transaction that did not occur here, fair enough.

However the rules here are that a deal is not done until both parties are happy, and neither party seems very happy. The simplest way to resolve this is to allow the return of the knife thru Ebay's procedures. If you do not allow the reversal of the sale (thereby following Bladeforum rules), then I do not think your complaint can be expected to get much support here.

My two cents
 
All this silliness.....................

Make arrangements to trade back the knives and arrange a full refund. Ends the deall with far less pain and far less local law enforcement and criminal justice training hoo-ch-mong-a

Now just do it and drive on

The mere FACT that you can find 20+ pics of the SAME NOTCH on google.com proves the scammer is LYING

PERIOD. Ive had 40 or more Police models thru my hands......... and him.........

Item is 100% NEW UNUSED without box.....as described.


You emailed me 20+ times in past 24 hours "wanting partial refunds......."

THEN you reversed payment IN FULL on both.

=SCAM ARTIST.


**** Ebay has CLOSED THE CASE IN MY FAVOR,...... due to OBVIOUS FRAUD on behalf of the buyer.

Enough said.... ill let the rest of you people conclude what you want about unsavory people like this.
