WARNING about bladeforum user: estate4life Ebay scammer

Estate4life is still good in my book. Around here a deal is not complete until both parties are satisfied. A no refund policy wouldn't fly on this board. Estate4life wasn't satisfied, you should take the knives back. I'll never buy from you.
 
pardon you sir, but this same scammer in another post was BOASTING about "what a great deal/price" he got on the JUNIOR

A: he emailed he was reversing payment on both "OUT OF SPITE".......thats "no good" in anyones book.

B: he LIED about the condition.................thats "no good" in anyones book.

C: he lied saying i sold him a used Junior, it was utterly 100% NEW ....................thats "no good" in anyones book.

D: He had my ITEMS............AND MY MONEY..........thats "no good" in anyones book.

E: He emailed me threatening emails........"do it or else!..........".............thats "no good" in anyones book.




So, your definition, of "STILL GOOD" must be a loose one, and certainly not one based on truth and honor.
 
I notice the buyer, who is selling here is asking for payment in the form of paypal gift. Isnt that on the dont do list. Im really more interested in the chip on the notch. Are those blades punched from a sheet?
 
Someone else's poor behavior does not justify poor behavior on your part.

I understand your displeasure. We all come under very unwelcome pressure at times. Both of you should calm down, get in touch with each other instead of playing to the crowd, and decide how you can end this with the least bad consequences from this point on.
 
As Esav said earlier, this has nothing to do with Bladeforums. We are not a venue for people to resolve their eBay disagreements. Had this transaction occurred on our site, things would be different. There is nothing more than threats and insults flying back and forth.
 
He doesn't have your money, PayPal does. If the knife has a serial number why not just let him ship it back to you, confirm its the same knife, then sell it again. Does it really need to be this dramatic?
 
This whole thread should probably be removed. This disagreement will be dealt with by Paypal or Ebay, and whoever loses will have negative feedback.
 
Locking this down until everyone can relax a bit. When both parties involved can relax a bit, I'll gladly reopen, this is far too heated at this point.

Omg! This is worse than work. Drama drama dram. I'm not a big fan of eBay but its not a big deal. I've issues refunds/given refunds even when I thought I was in the right. If he doesn't want the Police Model issue his refund and I'll send you the price that he paid for it on eBay. That's an awesome price.
 
Ebay seller LOTUS108 ( BF knifeuser100) Totally Bad Seller...do not buy from this seller. Claim items is new but in fact is used. I ask for refund, willing to pay to send package back & offer to pay his shipping cost but still irresponsible.

Buyers beware....stay away.jerkit

estate4life, There will be one thread only on this matter.

You both can choose to act in the manner you are now and achieve nothing.....
Or you can decide to do the adult thing and work this out between you in a civil manner and possibly reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
Either way you will not continue to snipe at each other in this manner.
I have no problem with you trying to work things out here, although these things are best worked out as grown men in private, but if this is just going to be another few pages of bickering, then we can just close the thread and you both can be on your way.

So, let me see if I am understanding this mess. There is a notch at the base of the cutting edge that has you concerned? You purchased an item knowing full well before hand that the seller had a no refund policy?

These knives are not custom quality, never have been and never will be. There are issues then there are perceived issues. If you think the is a problem with an item, what experience do you have to base that opinion on?

What I feel is completely hypocritical of estate4life is that he sold the items to other members here, without disclosing the "flaws" he so adamantly insisted were there. He has a total of 1 day (24 hours) to make things right, or else is banned. This is not in the spirit of how we do business here, and it goes against everything the community is about. We do not want thieves, liars, and scam artists here, period.
