You guys are awesome. I have just recently gotten an RC-3 and have loved reading through the rat forum each night. Helping each other out when some kind of crap like this happens is just a testimonial to the type of people who are on here. Sorry, I am not much of a poster but I am planning to go to blade this year as well. I would love if we could set a place and time for the rat people to meet up and grab dinner or a beer. If we can set it up far enough in advance then I will make sure I am there. I would definitely love to buy the guys on this forum a few rounds. :thumbup:

How about a poncho and a new style emergency blanket? If not, what is your preference?

Also, I have a couple extra Fire Steel, how about a scout?

And, anything else you need, I probably won't be able to fill all your needs, but I have a huge rubbermaid tote in my garage that is full of triplicates and other such wastes....

ya cant leave ANYTHING in your truck or car, simply put it WILL get stolen. I have had my truck windows smashed so cracky could steal a 5 cent popcan. They dont care if you worked hard for the gear, to them its stuff to be sold for drugs. Its their next hit.

I have a extra signal mirror, the one that comes with the ritter kit. Also, I have a couple extra keychain capsules, a firesteel, and a space blanket. Not much, I know, but if you need any of it, pm me your address.

sorry, i just have stuff that i have built up over time.Haven't got any quickclot yet though. My family has had a LOT of medical problems through the years. Sounds like a bad thing but now i know more than most of the local nurses and i feel like my house is better stocked than the local pharmacy. :)

I carry the Maxpedition Jumbo loaded the same way yours was and people laugh until they need a bandage, Advil, scissors, flashlight, etc.. PM your address and I'll send you some replacement gear like County Comm mini LEDs, emergency poncho, etc. so your new bag can get a head start on its good joojoo.

ok. I'm PMing my addy to everyone now. Thanks for everything guys. This is incredible. I swear we need some patches for the RAT pack. This is the best group of people ever. I think this is a terrific example of what happens when someone runs a business the good way. They attract customers that are like minded and are good people just like the business owners and before you know it, you don't just have a loyal customer base. You have a great group of people who are all willing to go the extra mile for people they have never met other than talking on the internet. That's pretty awesome. I've always tried to help people out where I can and it's nice to find so many people that do the same.

In the PM's I'm sending, I'm just going to put my addy. I know it may sound funny to some people, but I just feel really weird requesting stuff. I can't explain why.

It's an honor to be associated with such a great group of people!

Someone mentioned a get-together at the Blade Show. Mike and I are up for it for sure. Someone should take the lead on this and start a thread and start putting something together. Besides the get-together, we will be giving away a lot of knives at the RC booth!
