It's an honor to be associated with such a great group of people!

Someone mentioned a get-together at the Blade Show. Mike and I are up for it for sure. Someone should take the lead on this and start a thread and start putting something together. Besides the get-together, we will be giving away a lot of knives at the RC booth!
 
Yeah. I saw it. Now here comes the hard part. Convincing my wife that I didn't buy all this stuff when the packages start getting here without telling her that someone broke her window and stole my bag. lol

Man, I never get to any of the shows, because I have to stay here to cover
whatever needs done while the bosses are out there. Wish I could make, and meet ya'll at the booth.

Dylside I fell behind on this thread a little bit, the girlfriend and daughter are both sick so I've been playing Daddy Doctor for them. I can truely see what a great bunch of guys are here on the RAT forum and if there is anything you need replacing or would like just PM me or shoot me an email at skullz65@yahoo.com and I'll see what I can do.
 
I just saw this thread. I am speechless. The class and generosity of this group of people is beyond words. I am privileged just to hang out here. Sorry about your bag of stuff and thumbs up to the rest of you!

Bro, I love you for your humility, but get over yourself and give me a list....

I seriously have a mountain of stuff that I need to get rid of, and this is a great way to do it....

How about you just tell us what was in your pack, and we can fight with each other over what we are gonna give you....

Dylside, so sorry to hear this man. I'm still building my own bag so I do not have extras of things yet, but I'm still there in spirit! :D

I do know how you feel though, I lived in Ohio and had my car broken into two times in a decent area. (I thought) Nothing much taken - other that that nice feeling you get after someone violates something of yours. :mad: BUT I moved to Indiana and this area has a super low crime rate and you do not think about things like that too much. Then about 2 years ago I awoke to a neighbor knocking on my door a 6am. Someone had vandalized 12-16 cars in my neighborhood/street and they said it appeared that I was one of them. Yeah, I was actually the worst of them all. My car was set on fire after they were done and it burned in my driveway! They put everything in the passenger floorboard and set it on fire and it burned up the inside under the dash, the passenger seat, the floor spread a little and then went out on it's own. Totaled my car. Best of all, this was a freaking Ford Focus, not like I'm loaded or something and it was no big deal. :mad: Never caught anyone, but my neighbors cars were all repairable at least. My insurance did not even cover what I owed on the car either.

So I know how you feel brother, and it sucks. I hope your bag is better than ever soon and from the posting above mine it appears it will be. Chin up! (around here you will be given no choice, and that is a good thing!)

Never been the the Blade Show, but I am going to see if I can get down that way this year.... if so I will be swinging by the RC booth for sure, and will look forward to meeting all my fellow Rat addicts :D
 
I think Tony has covered the RC-4 you lost but if you lost another RC blade let us know and we'll cover it.

Whoa. That is a lot worse than what happened to me. I am sorry to hear about that. That is nuts. Burned your car in your driveway... that is insane.

I'm only posting this list because Marion internet-yelled at me. lol Seriously though guys, most of this stuff is relatively inexpensive and I can build it back up. Everyone has already been more than generous. The only part of this whole situation that is going to break my wallet is buying everyone beer at the Blade Show for being so awesome.;)

Edit: I edited the list. This is ... really I'm at a loss for words. Everyone here is awesome.

Email me your mailing address and I'll throw in a brand new Suunto MC-2 (Ranger compass) and some other goodies.

Dylan there are emt shears and tape in the kit I sent you. Also an abundance of other medical stuff, emergency blanket, psk items, and even a RC product in there. ;)
