just got off the with an officer from Stanley PD...well folks looks as if North Carolina HAS NO LAW to protect US...The seller on a verbal committment.We agreed-- we sent our items--HE refused to pay...Its a CIVIL thing now... Therefore.. Since numerous have been ripped off from this guy...We have to go locally to an attorney and sue him in Civil Court....Seeing an attorney buddy here locally 1/11/12 taking this bad boy to the END-- I am going to get my $$ back..Sent him an email to give him a heads up..
Any ideas..PLEASE Get ahold of me..

I don't know if this would be allowed here but I know there are a lot of generous people here and If a bunch of us donated a couple bucks each we could put this whack job in his place, lawyers aren't cheap...

better yet maybe a lawyer member here would offer up some stationary free of charge, put the fear of God in this guy and be done with it??

all I know is I feel for you guys bigtime and if we need to ante up a couple bucks I'm all in.. :)
 
I am so IN.. I want my stuff back of course..BUT if I need to eat it and chalk it up as a LOSS and lesson learned Ok.. BUT I want to get this guy off each and every forum he has managed to deceive people in.. Just really having a hard time understanding peoples deceit....
 
A PATTERN of ordering goods without paying is criminal fraud -larceny by trick - at least in many states. Also Mail Fraud if U.S. Mails agreed as mode of delivery. Did he rid off any good Southern boys who can talk to da deppity?

If you read the NC Criminal code there are three statutes that fit this to a tee, all three ARE criminal. Not being an Attorney I won't say there are other Statutes that aply, but there are!!

Some Officers talk out of there butts sometimes, be it due to ignorance, lack of training and education because they are new, part timers or just do not care.

But frankly to not know this conduct is criminal is, criminal!!!!

Awaiting a Case number
Placed a call to the North Carolina States Attorney Office to also inquiry if they can help.
local Stanley PD where very.....well lets say--HAD NO CLUE how to help me and or give me any direction..

I understand..I may have to and most likely will eat a knife stolen..
BUT this guy cannot continue to rip all of us off, I am doing my part..I hope the other folks that have been duped will step up and do the same..

It does appear that the little douche may live with his grandparents. If indeed the addy is right - which it seems to be. Number for that addy is 704-263-1995.
The residents show as Willie and Novella Scott who are over 65+. I'd say call away and rattle the cage. If they are harboring this scum bag then they are partially responsible.

I found info that listed Willie as 73.

It is not unusual (well in this day and age I guess) for some n'ere do well that cannot (or will not) support himself to live with his grandparents.

I would hate to bring grief onto an elderly couple who probably have enough crap on their hands already with this pile of lard living in their refrigerator.

If one had to call, I would just call and ask for Derek.

Hello everyone. This person does seem to be young. He contacted me on a trade I have going on. He called from the same number listed above. I tried to call it today but it was not in service. Anyways, I was going to meet him. I live on the other side of Charlotte from him. We made arrangements to meet halfway etc. because his truck was broke down and his "grand dad" was going to drive him. When I called to tell him I was ready to leave I was answered by his grand dad, when I asked for James (he told me his name was James Kentrel) grand dad at first didnt know who I was talking about after repeating the name several times grand dad said you must mean my grand son. Who wasnt home. So I hung up. Not 2 minutes later I got a text from "sithguitar@yahoo.com" 924-665-01 <---yahoo phone number ???. Saying he was home and wondering if we were gonna trade. I answered that I would meet him at his house. I then never heard from him again.

Im sure the guys on the Esee forum would want to be informed that this P.O.S is up to no good again. I guess there were a few people there who also got ripped off.
I would hate to see another thread pop up in the future telling the same story. This guy needs to be made aware that no one is going to forget and let this slide.
Maybe if people can go on his facebook page and remind him he has $600 worth of stolen goods in his possession.
 
He actually has more than that...he took me for 4 knives for a total of $450...I should have known better, it sounded too good to be true (he offered up a Strider SMF) but he had postive feedback so I guess I was a bit more trusting than I should have. I lost a ZT 301, BM Rift, Emerson CQC-7b and Spyderco Centofante III in this deal. The Emerson was beat up ( I got my money's worth out of that one) and I really don't care about the Spydie but I am total pissed about the ZT. I was then going to try and trade the SMF for a lefty sebenza or something like that, so he really messed up my future plans.
 
i wonder if the people who left positive feedback are friends of his or just lucky members. (remember jim adams aka blacktoeknives)

i just looked at his feedback. both members he traded with are gtg :D
